Are there any residual antibiotics present in the feed from the poultry?

The Australian Government Department of Agriculture and Water Resources analysed 300 chicken samples in 2017/2018 and found only one sample with a trace antibiotic residue. All of our poultry raw materials originate from Australia, under the regulation of the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) and processed by renderers accredited by the Australian Renderers Association (ARA). The government residue survey is therefore considered to be representative of our feed raw materials, representing a very small chance of trace contamination of antibiotic residue.
