Skretting Italia S.p.A. process data concerning those people who turn to the company looking for employment and so send their curriculum vitae to a dedicated e-mail address.
It is therefore informed that the data collected by the company and relating to you are acquired and processed in paper and/or magnetic, electronic or digital media only for the purpose of assessing the potential interest in the future establishment of a contract relationship to be determined in the content; the data shall be processed up to a maximum period of 12 months; afterwards, they shall be erased unless otherwise requested by the data subject.
The company’s computer and organisational systems guarantee full compliance with the security measures aimed at protecting your data.
Submitting data is voluntary. Refusal to provide them and to their subsequent processing will result in the undersigned not being able to enter data in his/her files and, consequently, to establish possible relationships.
The data obtained shall be exclusively processed for staff recruitment carried out according to the company’s requirements.
While your data is processed, they may be known by the following categories of recipients, such as officer and/or internal managers, identified in writing and to whom specific written instructions have been given:
- Employees from the Personnel Department;
- Department managers.
The data shall not be transferred outside the European Union.
In relation to all the personal data processed, you will be able to exercise the rights established by art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation (right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure or restriction, right to object, and right to data portability) within the limits and according to the conditions set forth therein.
