Skretting North America (SKNA) is searching for an experienced HR Manager and Business Partner who can drive HR processes and support management in further growing the business and the organization.
The HR Manager will be responsible for initiating, developing and executing Human Resources strategies, policies and practices in line with local regulations and Skretting/Nutreco policies and guidelines, all to add value to the business and to ensure the engagement and development of staff.
As a member of the management team in SKNA the HR Manager will actively contribute in developing and executing on the business strategy as established by SKNA. As a member of the cluster and corporate HR network, the HR Manager will actively take part in global initiatives and projects as well as facilitate good sharing and learning across units.
The role reports to HR Director, Skretting and functionally to Managing Director in Skretting North America and will have 1 direct report.
