SPF Biometric Sampling

We use cutting-edge technologies, taking a multitude of underwater photographs with which we check the state of the fish in each cage or pond.

After the subsequent analysis of the images, applying our own biometric empirical models, specific to each species, time of year and genetics, we obtain a highly reliable statistical average of the size and weight of the fish. 

In this way, we help to ensure that feed and production management is optimal at all times, minimising the impact associated with classic manual sampling.
