2. For what purpose and on what legal basis will your Personal Data be processed?

    The Personal Data provided by Users through the forms on the Website will have the following purposes:

    • To manage the Users' queries and suggestions through the "Contact us" section of the Website, the basis of the processing being the express consent of the User.
    • Managing user concerns expressed through our "Whistleblowing Channel". The basis that legitimizes this processing is compliance with a legal obligation.
    •  To allow the downloading of our content, the legitimate basis for the processing being the legitimate interest of SKRETTING.
    •  To manage the data provided in the "Work with us" section, the legitimate basis being your express consent. In the event of analysing your curriculum vitae and, where appropriate, including you in a selection process, your data will be processed to manage said selection process, the legitimating basis being the execution of the pre-contractual relationship.

     3. What personal data will SKRETTING process?

    SKRETTING will process the data requested in the contact forms, and subscription to newsletters, and may process the following categories of personal data:

    • Academic and professional data: CV, education, qualifications, professional experience, profession, employment situation, place of work.

     4. How long do we process your Personal Data?

    SKRETTING will keep the Users' Personal Data only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as the consents granted are not revoked. Subsequently, if necessary, SKRETTING will keep the information blocked until the statute of limitations of the legal responsibilities that may have arisen as a result of the processing of the Users' Personal Data, at which time the same will be irreversibly deleted.
