Skretting ARC is currently looking for a researcher focused on shrimp with an innovative mindset and good collaboration skills for a 12 months temporary position.

Job Description

In this role you will be a key player in the development of novel solutions optimising diets for our fast growing aquafeed operations worldwide. In this role you will be a key player in the development of novel solutions optimising diets for our fast growing aquafeed operations worldwide.

Main tasks include

  • Planning, coordination and execution of research studies related to shrimp nutrition
  • Management of collaborative projects with internal and external partners
  • Communication of results and findings to our key stakeholders and assist in business implementation
  • Provide technical support relating to nutritional issues to our operating companies

Qualifications

  • MSc/PhD in shrimp or fish nutrition, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of experimental design of animal trials
  • Knowledge of the nutritional requirements of shrimp

Personal skills

  • Collaborative team work skills
  • Innovative mindset, including a hands-on and target oriented mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • High proficiency in English
