GEMMA Silk has been developed for marine fish juveniles requiring a slow sinking diet for pre-growing and is the ideal follow on after GEMMA Micro. It is especially suited for specialty marine species such as tuna, lumpfish and seriola.
GEMMA Silk has been enhanced with extra attractants to give juveniles the best start by assuring fast and efficient growth and low feed conversion under pre-growing conditions. GEMMA Silk contains high quality fishmeal, HUFAs, phospholipids and vitamins.
GEMMA Silk contains algae resulting in each micro pellet exhibiting a striking green colour and is produced using a complex low temperature micro extrusion process. GEMMA Silk is based on the principles and formulation of Protec.
