Premium Trout XE, our extra high energy diet which includes metabolic activators that increase the trout’s utilization of digestible energy. The metabolic activators help reduce visceral fat and increase fillet fat content. The improved distribution of fat provides higher slaughter yields and the fillet yield will increase as fat is deposited in the flesh rather than the gut.
