Skretting Aquaculture Innovation (AI) is the global research organisation for Skretting. For over 30 years Skretting AI’s large, industry-leading team of scientists and experts specialising in fish and shrimp nutrition and health as well as feed production technology has been delivering innovations that define and support the progress of aquaculture.
We collaborate with over 60 different research partners in many countries around the world, from governmental institutions to leading universities. Our collaborations are one of the links between the industrial and academic world, and promote intensive research, resulting in new knowledge for the development of high performance nutritional solutions and services.
An important area of innovation is to identify and prioritise future growth areas. We are part of Nutreco, and work closely with the strategic investment team at Nutreco's NuFrontiers - which identifies and invests in start-ups and scale-ups or innovative projects and joint ventures strategically relevant for the industry.
