Premium is our high energy feed with metabolic activators which increase the utilisation of digestible energy - Better growth with less feed. The result is higher slaughter yield, and therefore more eatable fish.
The metabolic activators also change the way the fish stores fat. Less fat is stored around the gut, while more fat is built into the muscles. Therefore, the filets get bigger and contain more of the healthy fatty acids.
