Our ethics and compliance programme sets expectations for lawful, responsible and ethical conduct across our business. It includes the Nutreco Code of Conduct for employees, the Code of Conduct for Business Partners, compliance policies, training and channels for raising concerns.
Code of Conduct for Employees
Our Code of Conduct sets out the principles and standards that guide how employees work and make decisions across Skretting and Nutreco. It covers areas including business integrity, compliance with laws and regulations, respect in the workplace, human rights, health and safety, and responsible business practices. All employees are expected to understand and follow the Code and to raise concerns when something does not appear consistent with these standards.
Code of Conduct for Business Partners
We recognise that our mission can only be achieved with the cooperation of our business partners. Therefore, we have developed a Code of Conduct for Business Partners, which enables us to engage with our Business Partners on sustainability, compliance and integrity issues. We will only conduct business with companies or individuals that comply with the standards set out in our Code of Conduct for Business Partners.
