May-Helen Holme is Skretting’s Innovation Director for salmon, overseeing a broad portfolio that includes product development, advanced health solutions, digital technologies, and collaborative industry initiatives. Holding a PhD in Aquaculture Nutrition from James Cook University in Australia and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, she combines deep scientific expertise with strong strategic and commercial acumen. Holme also leads Skretting’s commercial strategy for land-based and closed-containment farming, ensuring close alignment with—and active engagement in—the emerging technologies that now is being developed for the aquaculture industry.
