Steven Rafferty is the CEO of Cermaq Group. The company is one of the largest global salmon producing companies with operations in Norway, Chile and Canada. Rafferty joined Cermaq in 2008 holding the position as CFO and re-joined the company in 2019 as Managing Director in Chile before his appointment as CEO in 2022, located in Oslo, Norway. Steven has a broad experience from aquaculture since 1993 and has been a top executive in various global companies including Mowi and Skretting. Steven has been working in Scotland, Chile, USA, The Netherlands and Norway during his aquaculture career.
