AquaVision 2026 keynote speaker: Antony J. Blinken. Sec. Blinken served as the 71st U.S. Secretary of State from 2021 to 2025, following a distinguished career in diplomacy and national security. He has held senior roles under Presidents Clinton, Obama and Biden, including Deputy Secretary of State and Principal Deputy National Security Advisor. Sec. Blinken is widely recognised for his expertise in foreign policy, alliances and global diplomacy.
