She leads e-commerce, channel expansion, branding, and product innovation, with a vision to deliver high-protein, healthy dietary solutions while strengthening market leadership.
Dr. Xu holds a PhD in Big Data Health Science from Zhejiang University, a Master of Health Administration from Columbia University, and a BA in Psychology from Emory University. Combining academic rigor with commercial insight, she advances scalable growth and long-term value across the business.
