Kenneth Fredriksen, CCO Aker Qrill Company
Kenneth Fredriksen joined Aker Qrill Company in early 2026 as Chief Commercial Officer, marking a strategic transition from the technology sector to the aquaculture industry. With more than 25 years of international leadership experience, Fredriksen has held a wide range of senior executive roles within the telecom and ICT sectors.
From 2012 to 2025, he served in several top positions at Huawei Technologies, including Senior Vice President for the European region and CEO of Huawei Sweden, where he over-saw operations across the Nordic and Baltic markets.
His career has encompassed regional management, sales leadership, strategic development, and large-scale organizational transformation.
Prior to Huawei, Fredriksen held management roles at global in Siemens AG, Nortel and ZTE Corporation.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Birmingham.
