Robert Blasiak, Associate Professor, Stockholm Resilience Centre, Stockholm University
Robert Blasiak's research focuses on the ocean, our relationship with it, and how we can improve this for nature and people. He currently leads the science team in the Seafood Business for Ocean Stewardship (SeaBOS) initiative, a science-industry collaboration that brings together nine of the largest seafood companies in the world around a shared vision of transformation and ocean stewardship. He also leads projects on marine biotechnology and the equitable use of marine genetic resources. His publications have dealt with issues of ocean stewardship, international collaboration, and equity.
