We, Nutreco International Vietnam Co., hereby certify and commit that:
- We do not use raw materials containing unauthorized veterinary drugs, antibiotics, chemicals, biological products, or other substances prohibited under applicable laws and regulations.
- Our ingredients and products comply with applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations, including Circular No. 16/2026/TT-BNNMT dated March 9, 2026, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Vietnam, and the relevant requirements and lists provided therein, as applicable.
- None of our ingredients are derived from species listed in the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) Appendices or classified as Endangered (EN) or Critically Endangered (CR) on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.
- Our products may contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs) or ingredients derived from GMOs.
- We do not use feed ingredients containing proteins derived from species belonging to the same genus as the species for which the feed is intended. An exception applies where it can be demonstrated that same-species protein hydrolysates are verified to be <10,000 daltons, in which case use is allowed.

We implement strict controls throughout our manufacturing process, from the receipt of raw materials to the release of finished products. Our quality and feed safety management systems are implemented in accordance with the applicable requirements of ISO 9001, GLOBALG.A.P., BAP, ASC, and Nutraco-HACCP, as well as relevant Nutreco corporate requirements.
